Our Ceremonial Matcha comes from several small producers in Kyoto, Kagoshima, & Shizouka, Japan, all dedicated to their craft. We select each matcha based on their similar flavor profiles: fresh, smooth, and toasty matcha with a clean finish.
BREW RECIPE
-scoop 1 tsp (2g) into a tea bowl
-add 2.5oz (75mL) of hot water (170F)
-whisk until bubbly and frothy
