With roots in early 20th century Japan, hojicha is a green tea that is roasted to produce toasty & caramel-ly flavor. This variety is grown on the Chota Tingrai tea estate. Chota Tingrai emphasizes environmental sustainability and works towards the welfare of the local tea growing communities. Ingredients: green tea
To Hot Brew:
-2 g/1 tablespoon + 8oz water -180 degrees Fahrenheit water
-Brew for 1-2 minutes
TO COLD BREW:
- Pour 24 oz. of purified, room temp. water into a pitcher
- Add 4 Sachets Dona Tea
- Cold steep overnight in the to extract the optimal flavor
- Remove the sachets and serve over ice
