Coconut & Marshmallow Frostiatto
There’s snow business like your business. This Frosty-approved post-shopping perk-me-up packs a winter wonderland of flavors and a boost of caffeine.
Yield: 1, 16 oz. Drink
Ingredients:
- 1 oz. of Torani White Chocolate Sauce
- 1 oz. (or 4 pumps) of Torani Toasted Marshmallow Syrup
- 2 oz. of Milk of Your Choice
- 2 oz. of Ice
- 2 Shots of Espresso
- Coconut Whipped Cream (about 8 oz.)
- 16 oz.of Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 oz. of Torani Coconut Syrup
Optional Garnish: Toasted Coconut Shavings
Directions:
Layer the sides of the glass with a white mocha drizzle and put about 8 oz. of whipped cream in the bottom.
Add the syrups, milk and ice then watch the whip pop up to the top.
Pour the shots over the whipped cream and top with toasted coconut shavings.
Pour 2 oz. of Torani Coconut Syrup and 2 cups of heavy whipping cream into a iSi Profi (quart capacity).
Seal it according to the iSi Profi Instructions, add a fresh iSi N2O Professional Cream Charger and shake.
Candy Cane Frappe
Candy is dandy–especially when peppermint sweetness infuses a rich latte. Although there’s no espresso or coffee in this, the white mocha frappe contains coffee for those looking for a caffeine fix!
Yield: 1, 8 oz. Drink
Ingredients:
- 2 ½ tbsp. of Ghirardelli® White Mocha Frappe (Contains Coffee)
- ¼ oz. of Ghirardelli® Vanilla Sauce
- ¾ oz. (or 3 pumps) of Monin Peppermint Syrup
- 3 oz. of Milk of Your Choice
- 3.5 oz. of Ice
- 2 oz or (or 8 pumps) of Monin Peppermint Syrup
- 2 Cups of Heavy Whipping Cream
Optional Garnish: Rim the glass with crushed candy canes, top with peppermint whipped cream and finish off with crushed candy canes and a candy cane stick on top!
Directions:
Frappe: Pour the milk, syrup and sauce into a blender. Then add the White Mocha powder and top with ice. Blend until smooth. Garnish as desired and enjoy!
Peppermint Whipped Cream: Pour 2 oz. of Monin Peppermint Syrup and 2 cups of heavy whipping cream into the iSi container. Seal it according to the iSi instructions and shake.
Santa’s Mocha Cookie Latte
Move over milk and cookies. This latte and cookie combo offers a garnish of whipped cream and speculoos cookies for a truly magical treat. Ho ho ho boy!
Yield: 1 12 oz drink
Ingredients:
- 1 shot of espresso
- .5 ounce Monin Dark Chocolate Syrup
- .5 ounce Monin Cookie Butter Syrup
- 8 ounces steamed milk (we prefer Oat)
Optional Garnish: Whipped Cream, crushed speculoos cookies
Directions:
Pour a shot of espresso into a latte glass.
Add Monin Dark Chocolate Syrup and Monin Cookie Butter Syrup to the espresso. Stir well to combine.
Steam the milk and pour it into the glass, stirring gently to mix the syrups evenly with the espresso.
If desired, top your latte with whipped cream for extra indulgence.
Optionally, sprinkle some crushed Speculoos cookies on top for a delightful cookie crunch and extra flavor.
Serve hot and enjoy!
