Apple Cider Doughnut Latte
The nostalgia of apple cider doughnuts in the fall can’t be beat. So why not turn that nostalgia into a delicious latte treat?
Yield: 1, 16 oz. Drink
Ingredients:
- 1 oz. of Mountain Cider Company Apple Cider Hot Spiced Cider Concentrate
- ½ oz. of Ghiradelli White Chocolate Sauce
- ½ oz. of Ghirardelli Caramel Sauce
- ½ oz. (or 2 pumps) of Torani Classic Hazelnut Syrup
- 2 Shots of Espresso
- 11 oz. of Steamed Whole Milk
Optional Garnish: whipped cream, Torani Caramel Sauce & spices (cinnamon, hazelnut, ginger, nutmeg & cardamom).
Directions:
Steam the apple cider and milk together.
Add the syrups and white chocolate to the serving cup and pour in the espresso shots.
Add the milk and cider blend to the cup then top it with whipped cream, caramel sauce, and spices.
Serve and enjoy!
Green Caramel Apple Refresher
All of the flavor. None of the dental bills. One taste of this classic Autumn treat, and your customers will say an Apple (Refresher) a day keeps boredom away.
Yield: 1 10 oz drink
Ingredients:
- ½ Torani Green Apple Syrup
- ½ oz Torani Salted Caramel Syrup
- 1 oz White Lotus Energy Concentrate
- 8 oz. club soda
Directions:
Fill glass with syrups
Pour energy concentrate over the syrups
Pour in ice + club soda and mix
Serve and enjoy!

Mocha Chai Cappuccino

Yield: 1 drink, about 6 oz
Ingredients:
- ½ oz of Monin Chai Tea Syrup Concentrate
- ¾ oz of Monin Dark Chocolate Sauce
- 4oz of milk or alt-milk of choice
- 1 shot of espresso
- Sprinkle of Hollander Chocolate - Sweet Ground Chocolate Powder
Directions:
Pour and mix espresso and syrups to a cup
Add steamed milk or alt-milk on top of the cup
Sprinkle with chocolate powder
Serve and enjoy!
