Star Spangled Strawberry Spritz

Ingredients:

  • ½ oz. Monin Strawbery syrup
  • 1 - 1 ½ cups chilled sparkling water
  • 1 strawberry half, for garnish (optional)

Directions:

  • Pour strawberry syrup into an ice-filled glass.
  • Top with 1 - 1 ½ cups seltzer water, or desired amount.
  • Garnish with a strawberry half.

Puppuccinos on the Patio

Ingredients:

  • 3 Tablespoons cold heavy cream
  • 2 Tablespoons cold milk (preferably 2%)
  • Dog treats

Directions:

  1. Start with a whipped cream dispenser recipe and putting the dispenser on a flat surface.
  2. Screw the head of the dispenser off of the container.
  3. Put in heavy cream and cold milk.
  4. Screw the head of the dispenser back on.
  5. Take 1 cream charger and insert it into your charger holder.
  6. Screw the charger holder onto the pin of your dispenser until you hear the gas escape. (It is not uncommon to have a little gas escape during this process.)
  7. Shake the dispenser to mix the gas with the contents.
  8. Turn the dispenser tip down and press the lever to disperse.
  9. Dispense whipped cream into a cup and top with a dog treat, peanut butter, or pup-safe topping of choice.

  • Fill a serving glass full of ice.
  • Pour ingredients into serving glass in order listed.
  • Pour mixture into mixing tin and back into serving glass to mix.
  • Add garnish and serve.
